    • Ronen Shilo

      Ronen Shilo|Founder, Chairman & CEO

      Ronen Shilo is an inventor at heart, and enjoys creating anything from sophisticated software applications to cool musical puzzles. Introducing ground-breaking Internet applications is his passion. Before founding Conduit, Ronen founded Effective–i, a learning system that categorized, organized, and delivered information to shorten search cycles within an enterprise. Ronen also founded DoubleAgent, the first company to develop a collaborative technology that enabled application sharing over the Internet. DoubleAgent was later acquired by NetManage, and continued to operate under Ronen's management for three more years. Ronen holds a B.Sc. in computer science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

    • Dror Erez

      Dror Erez|Founder & CTO

      Dror is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the Conduit product vision, in addition to overseeing all product and technology strategy. A veteran of multiple tech startups, Dror has vast experience and knowledge of Internet, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and web syndication technologies. Before founding Conduit, Dror was co-founder and development manager of Effective–i, a learning system that categorized, organized, and delivered information to shorten search cycles within an enterprise. Prior to that, he served as development manager at DoubleAgent, where he led the engineering team that designed and developed the DoubleAgent technology for sharing applications over the Internet. He has also held leading technical positions in the Israeli Navy's software division, where he managed two projects that won awards from the Israel Navy Commander. Dror holds a B.Sc. in physics and computer science from Bar-Ilan University.

    • Gaby Bilczyk

      Gaby Bilczyk|Founder & COO

      Gaby is not your typical COO. As a project leader and department head, he balances his passion for quality products with strong process discipline to guide the company toward fulfilling its vision. In this role, Gaby is responsible for overseeing all of Conduit's operations, infrastructure, and enabling technologies (such as cloud-based solutions), as well as supporting DevOps and the big data needs of internal clients. His extensive Internet software development skills, deep understanding of product, and valuable experience in project management are evident in his leadership of cross-departmental operations throughout the company. Above all, he is often credited for being the glue that holds the organization together. With more than 14 years of experience in the Internet industry, Gaby has fulfilled multiple positions in a wide range of disciplines, including R&D and project management. He holds a B.A. in computer science, with a focus on complex algorithms and distributed computing, from the Tel Aviv-Jaffa College.

    • Roy Gen

      Roy Gen|CFO

      Roy oversees Conduit's financial activities, governs compliance directives, and manages corporate operations. Roy brings more than 10 years of experience in corporate and international financial management, including experience in accounting and auditing. Prior to joining Conduit, Roy served as vice president of finance at Exanet, a leading provider of clustered NAS (Network Attached Storage) solutions, where he led the finance, accounting, and corporate control departments. Roy is a CPA and holds a B.A. (cum laude) in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University, as well as an MBA from the Recanati School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.

    • Josh Wine

      Josh Wine|Chief Revenue Officer

      Josh Wine is responsible for overseeing Conduit's Community Toolbar division and ensuring that it continues to be a leading platform for hundreds of thousands of publishers to engage millions of users. Prior to joining Conduit, Josh was chief operating officer of HomeSun, where he managed the ramp-up of a startup company which eventually became the largest solar energy company in the UK. Previously, Josh was a partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader of McKinsey's Operations Practice. He holds a master's degree in philosophy, politics, and economics from Oxford University.

    • Yochai Levi

      Yochai Levi|VP, Strategy

      Yochai collaborates with Conduit’s founders and strategic staff to define the company’s product, marketing, and broader business strategies. In this role, he builds on his invaluable experience as Conduit’s former VP, Marketing, where his vast industry knowledge, online marketing expertise, and fresh approach to marketing helped shape Conduit’s brand and positioning from its start-up days to its current success. Prior to joining Conduit, Yochai worked at LivePerson as vice president of online marketing. Previously, Yochai was vice president of online marketing at Kasamba (later acquired by LivePerson). He holds a BA in economics and communications from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

    • Sharon Reisner

      Sharon Reisner|VP, Corporate Marketing

      Sharon is responsible for developing Conduit’s corporate marketing strategy and driving the company’s social marketing, brand management, and marketing communications, as well as providing marketing support to the product units. As VP, Marketing, she takes full responsibility for the corporate marketing group that she built during her three years as senior marketing director. Prior to joining Conduit, Sharon worked at AxisMobile (later acquired by Myriad Group) as assistant vice president of marketing, where she managed marketing strategy and branding efforts. Previously, Sharon served at Babylon as director of corporate marketing. Sharon holds a BSc in Biology, an MHA (Master of Health Administration), and an MBA, all from Tel Aviv University.

    • Sharon  Livneh

      Sharon Livneh|VP, Human Resources

      Sharon is responsible for managing Conduit's recruitment, employee retention, benefits and welfare, and organizational development. Prior to Conduit, Sharon worked in the human resources department at Information Builders (New York), and also assisted the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of New York with investigations involving discrimination in the workplace. Sharon personifies Conduit's Israeli-American mix, making her uniquely valuable to the company's global recruiting efforts. She holds a B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and an M.A. in organizational psychology from Columbia University.

    • Amir Nahmias

      Amir Nahmias|VP, Global Business Partnerships

      Amir leads the divisions of sales, global account management, and professional services at Conduit. He is also responsible for overseas cross-organizational sales in Europe and Asia, managing the deal process from sales lead follow-up to integration. Prior to joining Conduit, Amir served as director of content at Exent Technologies, where he built and managed the company's global content syndication network. Amir earned a B.A. in business management and marketing from the University of Derby – Israeli Extension.

    • Yaron Chattah

      Yaron Chattah|VP, Community Toolbar

      Yaron is responsible for Conduit's Community Toolbar division, leading the strategy and execution of all Community Toolbar-related activities. Prior to his current position, Yaron served as vice president of engineering at Conduit. Before joining Conduit, Yaron held various management development positions at Identify Software (later acquired by BMC Software) and FareChase, Inc. (acquired by Yahoo). Yaron holds a B.Sc. (cum laude) in computer science from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya in Israel.

    • Aviad Arviv

      Aviad Arviv|VP, Monetization

      Aviad is Client Connect's VP of Monetization, a new group formed to capitalize on the potential of monetized apps. Before joining Conduit, Aviad was the COO of Watchitoo, a real-time social collaboration platform. Before that, he was vice president of R&D and professional services at Oberon Media (now called Iplay). Aviad holds an MBA (magna cum laude) and bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Tel Aviv University.

    • Harel Tayeb

      Harel Tayeb|VP, Mobile Business Unit

      Harel is responsible for all of Conduit Mobile's business unit activities, including product strategy and vision. Prior to joining Conduit, Harel was the founder and CEO of Collcs Ltd., a visionary startup in the collectibles field. Previously, Harel managed an engineering team at Microsoft ILDC, and before that, he put together and managed a product team at Gteko (later acquired by Microsoft), an e-support and networking-solutions company that works closely with firms such as Dell, NEC, and HP. Harel holds a B.S. in software engineering from the Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.

    • Daniel Tal

      Daniel Tal|CEO, Wibiya

      Daniel leads the product development at Wibiya, and is responsible for the business units and revenue models of the company. Prior to founding Wibiya, Daniel co-founded Joongel, an Internet-based company that provides simple search solutions in relevant categories based on a user's geographic location. Daniel holds a B.A. in business administration from the IDC Herzliya, where he participated in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. Today, he is a member of the Zell Alumni Board of Directors and mentors current students in the program.

    • Dror Ceder

      Dror Ceder|Founder & VP, Wibiya

      Dror is responsible for Wibiya's product development and marketing activities. Before founding Wibiya, Dror co-founded Joongel, an Internet-based company that provides users with simple, geographically-relevant search solutions. Dror holds a B.A. in business administration from the IDC Herzliya, where he took part in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. He now sits on the Zell Alumni Board of Directors and mentors current students in their entrepreneurial pursuits.

    • Avi Smila

      Avi Smila|Founder & CTO, Wibiya

      Avi is responsible for designing and implementing Wibiya's various products, planning technical strategies, and overseeing all research and innovation. A designer at heart, Avi worked for several years as a UX/UI specialist before co-founding Wibiya. He has also been a consultant for companies such as Comverse, IncrediMail, and Vestopia, and has both built and led high-performance teams delivering innovative web products. Avi holds a B.Sc. in computer science from Ramat-Gan College in Israel, and has certifications in Flash, MCP, and MCSE.

    • Hai Habot

      Hai Habot|VP, Search

      Hai is responsible for Conduit's search products and strategic search partnerships. In his previous role at Conduit, Hai served as vice president of strategy, identifying major opportunities for the company and managing key partnerships that drive growth and innovation. Before that, he served as site manager of Conduit's Silicon Valley offices, overseeing the company's operations in North America, and was the director of strategic marketing, leading Conduit's brand development, PR, and social media activities. Prior to joining Conduit, Hai worked as a consultant on information security projects and as an attorney practicing and researching commercial and cyber law. Hai holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from Tel Aviv University, an MBA (cum laude) from the College of Management, and an M.S. in marketing from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College (City University of New York).

    • Koby Danon

      Koby Danon|VP, U Business

      Koby is responsible for the distribution and business development aspects of U, Conduit's first consumer solution. Koby brings with him nearly two decades of experience in a variety of executive positions in sales, business development, R&D, account management, and operations management. Prior to joining Conduit, he spent seven years as vice president of Verint's cyber and security division, where he led the business strategies and operations for Western Europe and North America. He holds a B.Sc. in information systems engineering and an MBA from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

    • Yaron Moradi

      Yaron Moradi|VP, Head of Quick Launch BU

      Yaron leads and manages Conduit’s mobile lock screen business unit, responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of the unit. As an entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in hi-tech, Yaron has held executive positions in a number of companies in the fields of mobile, Internet, social networking, and consumer wireless. Prior to joining Conduit, Yaron was founder and CEO of magnetU mobile, where he invented the world’s first wearable social device that works with smartphones. The social device was later recognized as one of the 10 best wearable innovations. Previously, Yaron was general manager of a USB mobile printing consumer product, leading the product’s invention and business execution. He has also served as vice president of several public companies and startups.
